Blending energy medicine, shamanic practice, family constellation, and the intuitive wisdom of horses, she creates powerful, grounded spaces where women can safely explore, release, and come home to themselves.

As a holistic transformation coach and constellation facilitator, Liza works at the intersection of the seen and unseen — where the body, the ancestral field, and the natural world meet.
